Striking tongue-shaped fossilized dinosaur bone stones dangle from hand-carved yellow bronze post earrings. The carving style is organic and flowing, reminiscent of hidden grottos with melting walls and interconnected chambers. A place where stalactite and stalagmite formations meet and fuse in time-constructed flowstone draperies, pillars, and columns.

These striking and unusual earrings have a distinctive style. The stones exhibit a dark oxblood color with tan and grey veining. Fossils are often formed through pseudomorphic replacement, wherein mineral matter takes over the remains of living organisms, and another gradually replaces one mineral or material. Over time, these minerals replace and fill the structure of the bone, preserving the exquisite grain patterns and organic structures that make them so captivating.

Each stone is one-of-a-kind, with distinctive colors, patterns, shapes, and textures. Stones can break if dropped or hit against a hard surface, so this unique, natural material must be handled with care.
