Imperial jasper comes from the Guadalajara region of Mexico. It's composed mostly of chalcedony, and microcrystalline quartz, in association with other minerals. The colors range from pink to green. These are lovely examples of the stone, transitioning from pale green to deep dusty rose. They hang from sweet post earrings and the end caps are carved with a subtle pattern to complement the lines in the stone. They are soft, yet dramatic - a nature lover's statement earrings.

Color, size, pattern, inclusions and texture differ from stone to stone making each piece one of a kind. If dropped or hit against a hard surface the stones can break. Each stone is a unique, natural material and must be handled with care.

Alaska and Hawaii orders will ship 2nd day only, at a charge of $35.00.
